The Calgary threads on this forum (few and far between as they may be) are a bit scattered with a lot of the info a few years stale. I figured I would take advantage of some of my downtime after Stampede to try to start a thread with some fresh info.

7.) For those who have worked in Calgary and any other city, what is the reputation of Calgary to non-Calgarians?

All the BBs except Morgan Stanley have an office here, albeit small. Big 5 Canadian banks hire a ton of people as well.
Not on the same level as Toronto for banking in Canada, but much larger and with greater career opportunities than Vancouver or Montreal.
