Investment Banking interview with Business Unit Manager
Hi, I reached out to a very senior partner from my school at a top BB as I had seen a full-time role come up in the team. The partner connected me with the business unit manager of the team. Having been an ex analyst in IB at a BB before school, I know what a business unit manager and their role but I never have been interviewed by one, and not sure how would the interview process go.
The BU manager was previously a banker herself.
I am wondering if any folks here can give me a sense of what is the BU manager trying to learn from me, and whether this is a real interview or just a mere conversation...i dont want to get my hopes too high if its not an interview...thanks all!
