Hey everyone,
I'm currently applying to the spring insight programmes of a bunch of investment banks through online application forms. However, I'm wondering if I have to include a cover letter for each bank as I do not know the recruiter by name nor do I have any referrals.

Depends on which bank you are applying to, I know BNP and ICAP do not require cover letters. However bear in mind that most firms have already found their spring interns, so hurry up!
