Is Deutsche Bank still considered a BB?

Current summer analyst at DB and thinking about full time recruiting. This isn't a post to shit on DB, but rather want to compare DB with other banks. On WSO, DB is usually considered the lowest ranked BB and has experienced a decline in IB over the past few years. Although league tables don't show the whole picture, DB is pretty low on the first half 2022 league tables for a BB. Top MM banks like BNP, Jefferies, Wells, and RBC are ahead of DB. How would you guys compare top MM banks vs DB? Do you guys see growth ahead for DB or will it continue to drop in league tables?

DB used to be a solid mid tier BB and then went through distressing period from 2016 - 2021. They seem to have hit the trough and are now making some recovery. At the moment I'd say they are a low tier BB with scope to return to mid tier BB status (esp. in Europe) over the next decade, but they'll never be as big or aggressive as they used to be.
