Is it normal to get ghosted by HH Firms ?

I’ve recently started to get emails and messages from HH, nothing special though.

However, I’ve tried reaching out on LinkedIn to certain HH like HSP and CPI and no one has even acknowledged me. Is this common? I’m assuming either because they focus a lot on prestige (top group / Ivy League) or it’s just too soon and they’re not interested in contacting me yet…..

Can anyone provide some clarity ?

I’m an incoming analyst btw. Any insight into the whole HH recruiting process is appreciated !
