Is it true or not that DB and UBS are not taking international new grad hires (opt)

As the title says, a friend of mine said that DB is not hiring internationals starting this cycle and I noticed UBS saying this on their internship overview “Additionally, UBS will not provide any assistance or sign any documentation in support of any other form of immigration sponsorship including optional practical training (OPT) or curricular practical training (CPT).”

Can anyone confirm if these two banks will all not hire intl students, and if there’re any other banks/buyside firms that made the change as well (compared to 2026 SA and before)?
