Career Resources
bump
I noticed some people work at unknown boutiques and are really happy with that as they earn a lot. Ofc gotta consider changing if you wanna go to big names.
Depends on your age and how willing you are to get treated as an intern once again. I would lean towards the EB if you care about traditional exits.
Total comp 100k is pretty much street pay
You could go A2A at an EB/BB from a no name shop if you wanted to be a career banker. If you care about exits on the other hand, i'd say take the OC but you need to know what you're getting yourself into cause you'll be an intern again, and you'll also leave that nice comp so idk if it's worth the risk.
If the 100k include bonus , this is street pay. If the chances of converting at the EB mostly depend on you (i.e. there is no hiring freeze for FT roles), i'd risk it and take the EB
