IS NYU CAS Econ a target?

I'm a freshman at NYU studying economics in the College of Arts and Science, and was wondering whether it would be possible for me to stand a chance in getting an IB job either at a BB or a Boutique.

Tough to call it a target, but sure it's possible to get an IB gig. Could help yourself out by getting involved with the Stern clubs or business frats (FS, IAG, DSP, AKP). I know the business frats always take some CAS econ kids and IAG has had CAS E-board members before. Will help 1) give you some industry/technical knowledge missing from your curriculum and 2) provide some networking opportunities with club alumni if you become more involved.
