Started in ER, did two years, one year into my IB stint. Appreciate and enjoy the work, don’t appreciate the hours, getting sent comments at midnight, etc. At some point it doesn’t feel worth my time. Debating lateraling to the buyside. Are hours and life better? Or am I entering the same issue just on the other side?
