Is putting 4.0/4.0 ok when I have a 3.98/4.0?

See title, probably a stupid question but appreciate anyone that takes the time to comment. Understand its insignificant ask but just wondering if that would warrant anything when I send a transcript in.

I go to Johns Hopkins I'm in Baltimore man all I can do is study

Put 3.98 and have a really good/engaging/humanizing story for the one class you didn’t get an A in, because you will get asked that question over and over and over, but anticipating that can work to your advantage.
