Is there a word that means "pre forma" or opposite of pro forma? Thanks

I'm trying to describe the amount of sales a business did prior to acquiring another entity. I'm not sure I'm using specific language. Do I say "the legacy business did $xxx in sales"? Or, "the pre-forma business did $xxx in sales"? "The acquirer did $xxx in sales"? What sounds the best? Thanks

I could most definitely be wrong but pro forma from my understanding is the outcome based on theoretical assumptions. The opposite of an assumption is not and assumption (i.e. what actually happened). Therefore, I'd think the the opposite of pro forma would just be the actual financial statements.

I use "Stand-alone" revenues were x or put 2020 revenues then on the same page note the "PF" before the revenue accounting for the acquisition. It should be pretty clear

I would not say "pre-forma" sales. I think you can just say the acquirer did $xx in sales and slap a date on it. If you really want to differentiate from a historical scenario where maybe you've combined the two businesses' historical info, you could put "the legacy business did $xxx in sales."
