It is so frustrating how these banks treat applicants like they're nothing
Ghosting is just plain cruel. Why would you do this to people after they took the time out to do online tests and/or hirevues just so you can literally not reply forever? Ok I understand I didn't get it but why not just email me and tell me exactly that? It is so fucking frustrating how they think too little of their applicants honestly.
Maybe HR has its reasons…but yeah. It seems like it’d be straightforward to have an automated rejection email that gets sent out to everybody who wasn’t sent an offer once recruiting season is done.
Personally, I still have applications for summer 2023 positions that are technically “pending review” even though I applied over a year ago.
