JEFF vs. Solomon vs. Piper Sandler

This is for their Chicago Offices. Specifically their Industrials group (expect Piper Sandler where I don't pick a group until later)

Which of these groups is best in terms of deal flow and exits?

Solomon: A&D and Business Services are there. Word is deal flow is on the lighter side - an alum mentioned doing a lot of industry coverage and pitch work.

Piper: They’ve got DCM, HCS, FS, and Services & IND in Chicago. The flow there is good, but the teams are super lean.

Jefferies is a total sweatshop where some groups are amongst worst culture on the street, all without great pay. However, exits are just materially better in the sense that top bucket analysts at Jeff can get UMM exits. Think would just internally evaluate what you value out of these things and decided with them.

Jefferies if you think you can handle the horrible culture and hours. If not, then Piper.
