Jefferies Energy Superday Help!

Hi! Just got a superday for Jefferies energy group in Houston. Iv been prepping hard, but just wanted to know if anyone knows the type of questions and grilling they do. Any advice or insight is also very appreciated. Thanks!

It’ll be standard nothing different than the other banks in Houston. So first round technicals which will be standard technicals with a little bit of energy questions mixed in then superday will be a little bit more behavioral and less technicals though Associates and VPs on superday will still ask some technicals.

Did a fuckton of research on O&G industry beforehand, learnt some of their big deals, and just prepped for personal behaviorals like normal.

In terms of techs: first round they asked a lot of valuation, dcf, m&a questions then more O&G specifics like NAV, EBITDAX, different types of reserves, just basic O&G questions from BIWS. Superday they literally only asked me 2 accounting questions, and then some key drivers for a NAV and DCF model.
