Jefferies Next Generation Diversity Symposium

I was recently accepted to attend the Jefferies Next Generation Diversity Symposium in NYC. It seems like a pretty solid opportunity to network and learn more about the industry, but I'm a bit unsure of what to expect. While I heard that these types of things could lead to accelerated interview for an IB SA position, I haven't been ablt to confirm this. Anyways, I would appreciate any insight that you all may have to offer. Feel free to PM me if you're also attending, it'd be nice to connect with some people beforehand.
