A few months ago, I applied for job and went in for an interview. Company said they were expecting to make a hire in a couple of weeks (that's when the deadline was set for). A few months later, the posting is still there and they just keep extending the deadline...does this mean their candidate pool really sucks (meaning I suck) and they haven't found the right person?
