Job in IR and CR Hedging Advisory But Want to Move to IB
As the title says I have a role in hedging advisory at a well known firm in the space. We help hedge stuff like interest rates and currencies through the use of derivatives. While I think the role is interesting I have always wanted to be in IB. Any advice on how to make the lateral shift?
