Hey, we hear back next Friday but was wondering if anyone heard from their managers about anything beyond HR's email communication?
I know a guy in an adjacent group whose manager basically told him he's getting an offer. My final review has been positive, but can't help but worry as I wasn't given a nod.

My non-IB CIB group said offers would be given today. Does anyone know if they'll include the formal offer letter today as well or if it'll just be the notification?
It’ll just be a verbal offer. The formal written offer would come some time next week.

London IBD got their verbal FT offers yesterday. Return rates are pretty high as far as I can tell. Around 80% in my team.
