Analysts don’t get stub bonuses. Your first bonus will be after 1 full year (usually announced in July).
Wrong JPM as of this year moved to a 2.5 year analyst programme with the July cohort starting as analyst 0 effectively and therefore they receive a half year stub. The cohort before them is still on the old schedule however of 3 years, but that cohort will be effectively double promoted when this new class becomes Associates
Not close with the RM or trust in the source that this came from, but have directionally heard ~$20K - $30K
Just got off group call with RM, and confirming $35K across the board for all An1s who hit the desk in August
Have heard numbers around ~$30k range based on 2 people I know there rn. When I worked at another BB that did stub bonuses for AN0, there was usually pretty low variance across them because performance is so limited.
