JPM MMBSI

Anyone have experience with this group in NYC? About a year into IB but can’t take the hours anymore.

-Willing to take a huge pay cut to get my life back. Saw this role had an analyst position open and was wondering if anyone could give some guidance on the hours/WLB.

-What does a full day look like, how often do they get weekend work, etc.

-Any insight would be appreciated!

Analyst program is 2.5 years with 2 rotations. First is in credit and second is in treasury or banking(relationship management) AN1 base salary is 80k , low bonus (10k?) with regular 9-5 work hours and very little if any weekend work. Basically traditional commercial banking. There are a few more technically demanding groups within the capital and advisory solutions program (SFG, FSG) which are close to 70 hours per week with 100k AN1 base and bonus around 30-40k.
