JPM Postings real or reposts?

Does anyone know if some of the recent JPM postings are real or just reposts from a few months ago? Are they actively hiring now, or is LinkedIn automatically reposting them? I’m a bit confused since these seem to be the same postings I saw a few months ago.

I’d appreciate any insight from someone on the inside! Thanks.

They've been up for almost 12 months in some cases. They're left there so they can collect resumes and when they actually need to hire someone say six months from now they'll have a large pool of candidates to choose from.

Would they really hire from the ghost pool? Feel like they'd look from a pool of referrals first - I recall reading somewhere that there's no shortage of these either.
