JPM taking so much time to give the offer

Hey there, I've passed 6 interviews with JPM and I've been told two weeks ago that a decision should be made last week. Last week passed and no response. I've followed up with an email. I've been told that a decision will be made by the beginning of this week. We're in the middle of the week and no response. What do you think about this?

Maximum a week

If you are waiting +2 more weeks it is very very likely they have already gave an offer to someone else.
The only hope you have is that you were the second choice and the first choice decides not to accept it

Thank you so much... I think I'm a second choice even though the associate called me, telling me that I did good but I should wait till next week for the head's sign off
