JPM/BofA Commercial Financial Sponsors Group?

Hello,

I’ve seen some postings for FSG positions, but they seem to be related to JPM’s commercial bank side of things. I’ve seen some for BofA as well, and I wanted to see if anyone has any insight on these groups?

How do they differ from the IB FSG group? How much does the comp differ? I’m assuming the hours aren’t as long, but what other differences are there? Is the main difference the size of the deals? Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
