I am ABSOLUTELY DELIRIOUS this morning from diarrhea and maybe fainting, I think it might be an ulcerative colitis flare up but idk
Anyway, I had a fever dream where I was on an M&A deal and we were in the "kalabalik" phase. This does not exist but my brain coined it then during my fever dream as the point of an M&A transaction towards the end/right after completion where there is significant friction and structural issues, so the bank is hired to do ad hoc advisory.
