Hello all, I am ABSOLUTELY DELIRIOUS this morning from diarrhea and maybe fainting, I think it might be an ulcerative colitis flare up but idk Anyway, I had a fever dream where I was on an M&A deal and we were in the "kalabalik" phase. This does not exist but my brain coined it then during my fever dream as the point of an M&A transaction towards the end/right after completion where there is significant friction and structural issues, so the bank is hired to do ad hoc advisory. Ok anyway that was it, thanks bye (pls be nice to me today, im v ill)
