Probably Keybanc if you want to stay in midwest and SocGen if you want to stay east coast. What kind of shop are you currently at? With the way the market is you could probably get even more / better offers if you are willing to take some risk and wait
I'm currently in DCM at a big balance sheet MM bank. I'm currently interviewing with RBC and Mac Cap as well. However, I don't know if I want to grind so hard. I'm really looking for just standard street pay and less hours. I used to work at a top BB and have no desire to continue to slave my life away.
