Keynote Speaker Recommendations for Uni Club budgeting 2.5k
Hello, I am looking for recommendations for hosting a keynote speaker at my university. The accounting and finance club I have been a part of and now am in a leadership position in, hosts a networking symposium each fall. The event will be around November 1st. The event approximately two hours with one hour featuring a keynote speaker and the other hour for food and networking. Usually around 50-100 people attend with 50% students 50% business professionals.
Does anyone have any recommendation for speakers? The school is a SUNY about 2 hours north of NYC. Our budget is $2500 for the speaker I wish it were more... If anyone is interested or can recommend a speaker I am looking for ideas. The topic for the presentation would ideally be leadership, networking advice or something educational.

Carlan Harris. I went to her speech at Wake Forest's graduation and she is a phenomenal speaker. Pretty sure that she is the head of IBD at either JPM or MS
