Curious to hear current thoughts about KDS, how does it compare to other MM banks in the space and overall would you accept an offer here over other MM banks in non ADG industries?

Did you end up getting any good insight into culture and the firm’s trajectory? My firm has gotten a wave of junior applicants from Kipps folks and I haven’t been able to tell if it’s a coincidence or if there’s an exodus underway
What other banks are in dc?
Baird, HL, RJ, Rothschild (Metals & Mining), DC Advisory, and a lot of other boutiques, mostly focused on ADG sector.

Last I've heard KDS was in a little bit of a pickle as they leaked info to the russians that was integral to our national security. Whoopsies!
Kipps is a solid LMM shop. There are a couple better MM shops in DC (Baird, HL) and a number of better MM shops generally (Baird, HL, HW, etc.). But a far as LMM ADG shops they are at the top of the pile, comparable banks are places like Mclean Group.
