Solid ADG place, DC-based, it competes with Clearsight and your ore well known MM banks in the LMM space.
But on a personal note: this is bot central when it comes to the personalities you interact with here. Great working/qualified guys, but I couldn’t imagine being around them for more than 4 hours. Good news is that they have a no asshole policy.

Can’t say I know for sure, but they typically recruited later through CapitalOne (June/Julyish) but I know lots of banks that did this have since moved up their timelines to compete for stronger junior talent.
What is clear sight and the other dc ADG IB teams like?
