KPMG Corporate Finance Canada Bonus Pay

Hey guys,

So I just got an offer from KPMG corporate finance as an Analyst in their Mining M&A group in Toronto and was wondering what I can expect on the bonus end... The group was recently created and they brought the former head of M&A of a Canadian-BB to lead it. As well, they have recruited a VP from the Toronto office of a non-Canadian BB.

Do these guys pay in line with the street?
