Career Resources
Heard from a former colleague (this was ~1.5 years ago) in the heathcare group that it was pretty relaxed to work for. He didn't pitch a ton and had a lot of referrals from Kroll's valuation business, got paid below market but fair enough for not a brand name bank, and averaged 60 hours a week. Not NYC. Exits are basically the same as a LMM bank - places like HL, Baird, HW, WB, Piper, Lincoln, etc. clearly have better exit opps. Culture was very office dependent - he liked his culture but couldn't speak for others.
