Analyst a boutique LMM shop in a tier 2 city. Looking to lateral to a bigger name (HL, HW, PS, WB) shop in my specific coverage group that I am in now. Any advice on how to go about doing this that is more promising than just waiting for out of cycle opportunities to show up?
