Lateral FT Analyst Worries
Hey guys- I start soon as an analyst but interned at a different bank the previous summer. My main worry is not finding friends during training bc almost everyone interned there last summer. Will I have trouble getting to know people/do people stay in the same cliques from last summer? And will I be behind in training since I’m coming from a different bank?
I know training/work comes first but I’d like to develop relationships w my peers and maybe not eat lunch alone… Thanks!
