How do people find time to lateral or PE recruit when pumped? Have been getting worked hard over the past 9 months and feel like I can’t really afford to give up what little time I have for prep, networking (figuring out what specific team I’d want to join) etc. without going completely insane / fully burning out.
If anyone has any tips on balancing this would be greatly appreciated.
Currently in an IB generalist model for context.
