Lateraling from BB to small shop in SFO

Hi everyone, 

I currently work for a BB (IB) and really dislike my position - I think the team is low key hostile and doesn't treat a bunch of us well. The typical turnover is 8 months and I don't think there are any hopes to become an ASO. I'm currently interviewing for a bunch of banks - one of which is a boutique in SFO. The deal experience seems great - they do a lot of work in partnership with Goldman Sachs and have a bunch on target school kids. Do you think it would make sense to move from a BB to a non-name boutique focused on Technology in SFO or should I wait and keep trying for other positions in better banks? In addition, can I move to a better shop in the future/will it hamper my ability to get into a good MBA in case I plan to switch careers in the future.
