Legal issues with investment banking/wall street

I am a freshman that was assigned to write a research report for law class about legal issues within wall street (insider trading, sexual harassment, gender, etc.) I was wondering what are the most prevalent issues now within the industry? And how has it affected your experience/ overall landscape of banking?
