I had final interview for summer internship on 22nd haven't heard from them since. does it mean rejection?

no, they probably would have called you already if they wanted to reject you. you are probably a back up for them. the only thing you can do is to call them up. if you have gotten other offers let them know and say that you have exploding offers. if you dont have other offers just call them up and reiterate that lehman is the place you want to work at and you want to know what your status is with them.
Took them 5 days to get back to me with an offer. (IBD)
If they didn't like you, they would tell you no very soon.
If they really liked you, they would offer you very soon.
This probably means they are on the fence about you. If they don't find other people they like or people turn down offers, you might be good.
