I'm just curious because I haven't seen this question brought up before (well I did but there was only one person answering it), but if you can get a letter of recommendation from someone high up in investment banking would that be a useful thing to include when applying to other investment banks?

i doubt it would matter too much but having letters of rec in your arsenal is never a bad thing
Be sure to include a video resume as well.
But seriously, I doubt it would help unless the two bankers know each other.
This isn't a college application.
I'd wonder why they weren't keeping you if someone high up thought so well of you.

I have a letter of recommendation from my previous BB internship. Should I even pass it out on a superday? Passing it out to everyone I meet in the interviews will make me feel like the a guy on a street corner passing out fliers. Maybe I should just give it to the MDs that I meet? What are your thoughts?
