I thought LionTree finished recruiting for 2021 but saw applications open back up. Does anyone happen to know if they are still recruiting and what the process is like for non-core? I heard it's heavily target school focused and class size is limited, but would appreciate any inputs. Also I have heard it's a sweatshop but anyone know what the culture is like between junior and senior bankers?

Do they hire non-targets? I'm currently going there a few days this week (LT is going through office renovations and I'm helping out with a company part time), just graduated from non-target in May 2020, what are the chances that I can network my way in? I'm assuming pretty slim.

Nobody from my school goes there but I got a superday in SF by just applying and crushing the first round. Would highly recommend to apply if Liontree shows up in your handshake

Was an Intern at LionTree Europe. I would say the key to get an interview from LionTree is nothing else than networking.
The team is relatively small so if they remember your name, you get an interview.
