LionTree 2021

I thought LionTree finished recruiting for 2021 but saw applications open back up. Does anyone happen to know if they are still recruiting and what the process is like for non-core? I heard it's heavily target school focused and class size is limited, but would appreciate any inputs. Also I have heard it's a sweatshop but anyone know what the culture is like between junior and senior bankers?

Anyone have comp figures or at least in relation to EVR/CVP? Nothing on WSO database

Anyone know how important networking is there? Application is open for me, but no alumni

Do they hire non-targets? I'm currently going there a few days this week (LT is going through office renovations and I'm helping out with a company part time), just graduated from non-target in May 2020, what are the chances that I can network my way in? I'm assuming pretty slim.

I go to an HYP and see no alumni there. Worth it to apply or not since it looks like my school isn’t a target?
