Hi all - moving to NYC from the west coast for a new gig. Have heard mixed reviews of living above a restaurant (pests). Have some friends that live above restaurants but never have experienced pest issues. Others say it is guaranteed. Any other opinions? The units we have been interested in and asked the broker if there have been history of pests they have said no. Is that trustworthy? Thanks!
