LMM PE Internship Experience on Resume
I am currently interning at a LMM PE shop and wanted to update my resume with some relevant information. As a rising sophomore does it look too tryhard to discuss select transaction experience? I had some real live deal experience including a platform acquisition with an LOI submitted and a recapitalization of a portfolio company. As for the recapitalization, can I include the portfolio company's name on my resume if the company is on the firm's website but no information regarding the recapitalization is public yet?
