M&A accretion / dilution model visualized
I've created an interactive dashboard (desktop browsers only!) that shows M&A accretion dilution model. Users can easily flex assumptions such as offer premium, % stock contribution, starting EPS values, synergies etc to easily see the impact on an accretion / dilution. There is also a built-in Sensitvity and Monte-Carlo analysis on the dashboard.
