Anybody know anything about this group? Is this a highly regarded group within the industry? Is't easy to go to BBs or any other industry groups after this?

Are you talking about MIRA or the Infra IB team? If it's the MIRA, it's a highly regarded team, the largest infra PE manager. If you are into Infra PE, this is a top notch place to be in. Rarely heard people from MIRA go to other industry groups at BBs tho (why would you?).
