Manipulating/Lying About Graduation Date

I'm a Dec 2024 grad and am looking for winter 2025 internships ahead of FT in the summer. I want to do this as opposed to starting early because I like the flexibility, intern privilege, slightly increased margin for error and am not particularly hyper fixated on an RO. Some places require you go back to school after the internship and I was thinking of making a separate resume saying I'm a like an Aug 2025 grad. If I do all my classes am I automatically graduated or could I just be enrolled solely on paper somehow?
