MBA vs Undergrad Impact

I will be an incoming freshman at Umich LSA either majoring in econ or something quantatative like stats and will try to transfer into Ross however I'm not optimistic given the numbers. I have seen a lot how LSA kids are overshadowed at least when it comes to the first couple jobs you get out of college. I was wondering if the fact that I didn't attend Ross could possibly be mitigated by going to a good MBA program in the eyes of IB jobs at least? Related to this would MBA programs be less likely to accept me given how I will likely not graduate in the UMich Ross undergrad school?

You will be fine doing LSA, especially in a quant degree. That's essentially just a semi target while Ross is a fairly strong target No need to worry about MBA. if you are hustling now you will be fine. Get a good GPA, some early finance internships/involvement to prove your interest, and even if you don't get into Ross you'll be well prepared for SA roles.
