My roommate actually has an interview with these guys coming up and wants some more info on it. Also, any info on the interviews they have (mostly fit vs technical?). Its a middle market firm, and I have an interview with a different middle market firm thats similar to them as well.
Info so far is: they are located in Charlotte, just founded in '01 by BOA's former CEO, pay street (60 base, 50 bonus, 10 signing) but Charlotte's cost of living is lower so it ends up being even better.

i just dropped my resume for McColl... they mainly recruit people from UNC and UVA right?
I don't work on Wall Street, but from everything I've read, that's below street.
They pay the Street and you'll work as much as you would with any BB. Great culture - have a good friend there who loves it. Interviews are pretty typical and are a combination of fit & technicals.
yeah, UVA/Georgetown/UNC/Davidson, and maybe some Duke or Emory as well.
120k to first year's is below street? i thought it was in range. Either way, doesn't matter since the interview is for SA.
