Title says it all, saw a recent post about salaries at "no-name boutiques" and was curious about what MD salary would be at a well-known sector-specific boutique in the MM range. The avg fee is 1m - 3m per deal and size of deal usually ranges from 300m - 800m

For context these guys are making between $500K - $1.5M in fees on their average deals probably, and are likely taking ~20% to 30% in fees on each deal. So call it $100K - $450K per deal.
