MD vs M.D. which is better?
Managing Director vs Doctor of Medicine
Both “MDs”, both at high echelons of their respective fields, which is better?
One is responsible for large M&A, the other is responsible for saving lives.

I would pay $$$ to see what your drafts are, given this is the type of shit you actually post
I have family members who are M.D.s in various specialties. Having seen finance and the world of IBD, PE - I would say both are good, but very different.
If you look at the top capacities within medicine, it is really, really hard from an academic point of view and the career is long and difficult. You are not a surgeon within a few months after college, this takes years, maybe even decades.
In comparison to a difficult surgical procedure with a thousand different factors to consider, finance is not that complicated. You just have to stay on track and learn on the go. That is why I have met a few top finance MDs in IBD in their late 20s and early 30s. In your 20s, nobody is a good doctor, they are still learning.
Also, I don't think medical professionals go into their respective fields to "get to a certain number" or become rich. You will make money at some point in your medical career, but it won't be a fast track like IBD.
