Typically a distribution platform will refer to a way to share documents with other parties (investors).
In ECM, this is most likely referring to a virtual roadshow, like Deal Roadshow, but could also be a VDR.
Could also refer to the bank’s placing power or sales force. For example if a bank is deemed to have a “strong distribution platform”, it has good sales people in many regions with a wide investor network.
