Meeting MD First Round Interview
Had my first IB interview today for an Analyst. Graduated school about a year ago, have had 3-4 years experience working in this industry throughout uni (IB role is sector specific). Firm is large-cap
Met with MD, VP and Associate today for first round - what does this mean? I always thought you meet with HR first, never met him once.
Thoughts? Is this unconventional?
