I know a guy who went there about 6 months ago at the associate level. Don't know too much about it, but he LOVES it. He also mentioned that they're new (I believe - at least in Chi) analyst program is top notch. Again, that's his opinion, but he's someone I would trust.

I know some people there, as well. Lifestyle is good, they have a rotational program for analysts that lets you focus on a few specifics within middle market leveraged lending. Bonus takes a haircut to street but you're working significantly less hours (probably 8 or 9PM on average?), and making over 6 figures in Chicago. Not a bad place to be long term. Analysts exit mostly to b-schools, a select few land in some smaller PE shops. I imagine some decide they want to do traditional IB at boutiques or regional BB's as well.
